WINE CELLAR AND BARRIQUE CELLAR

The Barricaia (Barrique cellar), where the wines are aged, contains up to four hundred Barriques. The arched vaults, floors made from stone of Istria, soft lighting, and controlled temperature and humidity, all make for a perfect environment where the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Raboso wines are aged.


A separate section of the wine cellar is dedicated to the classical sparkling process used for the production of the Pinot Nero.

The wine cellar is controlled in order to maintain the temperature of the bottled wines constant throughout the entire year.
