The nose is filled with ripe summer fruits, tropical hints, delicate florals and a touch of citrus. On the palate, it’s dry, fresh and vibrant, with a savory persistence that lingers. Perfect with fresh fish carpaccio, grilled scampi, clams spaghetti or a zucchini and mint frittata. Also pairs beautifully with cacciucco alla livornese.
