Bright straw-yellow. Hints of yellow-fleshed fruits, pineapple, citrus, white flowers and freshly cut hay. On the palate, it is intense, with a great balance between acidity and smoothness. The persistence is good and the finish is dry and mineral, offering a refined and refreshing sip. Perfect with avocado and citrus salad, penne with broccoli and almond cream and grilled vegetables with aromatic herbs.
