On the nose, hints of ripe red fruits, blackberry, cherry and enveloping hints of vanilla, with notes of cinnamon and clove. The taste is full, smooth and persistent. An excellent red to pair with tagliatelle with ragù, typical dishes from the Veneto region, such as roasted guinea fowl but also with stewed lamb and medium-aged cheeses.
