Freshness and sweetness are two sides of the same coin and Corvezzo has perfected this balance with its sparkling Moscato. In the glass, it shows a medium-intense yellow with golden highlights, accompanied by a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is aromatic and elegant, with notes of white acacia flowers, orange blossom and ripe yellow fruit. On the palate, the aromatic profile from the nose reappears, harmoniously blended with a sweetness that is balanced by a refreshing acidity. The finish is smooth and creamy. This versatile wine pairs wonderfully with fresh cheeses, blue cheese and honey finger foods, mini fruit quiches. It also complements cheesecake, macarons and dry pastries beautifully.
