A project where oenological expertise has given life to a Prosecco Rosé in which the key elements of a terroir cultivated using organic methods seem to materialize in the glass, sip after sip. It surprises the nose with refined notes of red fruits such as raspberry and currant, hints of rose and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is dry and balanced with a pleasant freshness and a creamy and enveloping finish. It expresses its character best with shrimp tempura, seafood salad and lobster ravioli. It also impresses when paired with fruit tarts and sorbets.
