hydrocarbons, followed by floral notes of chamomile. Full-bodied, warm and silky in the mouth,
with a long and velvety finish.
Classic Venetian “Sarde in saor” (sardine fillets marinated in softly cooked white onions) paring is a
must try, but it match well with gorgonzola cheese too
